Every Pre-enlistee must complete and turn in the assignment listed below. Upon receipt of all three(3) responses, a 5Fold Representative will contact you and provide additional information and instructions. Please complete and submit your name, email address and other pertinent information via the "Contact Us" tab. In the comment section let us know your desire to join the ranks.
YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT......
Find three (3) people, one who knows you personally and one who has reached a place in business, ministry or both that you admire, would like to acquire and are striving to attain. Someone who cares enough about you that they will be honest when you ask them the following questions...... By the way..... (don't expect a book - one word answers are acceptable)
- How do you perceive me as a person?
- What would you identify as my strengths?
- What areas do you think I can improve?
- In what ways do you think I create obstacles to my own success?
What good habit(s) do I need to adopt or what bad habit(s) should I discontinue to contribute to my success?
Keep in mind, these are peoples opinions. You should choose someone who you know has your best interest at heart. There are no right or wrong answers. Do not begin to try to explain away their opinion, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. The goal is to become aware of things we may not be recognizing so that we can incorporate whatever changes need to be made in our lives, habits, behaviors so that we can grow.
